When returning an item, please ensure it is:

  • Sent within 30 days of delivery

  • In good condition

  • In the original packaging

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process returns that do not arrive.

  • A restocking fee may apply.

We are not responsible for returns related to incorrect or incomplete order details, so please double-check all information before placing your order.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with:

  • A photo showing the issue

  • Your order number


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Requests based on shipping times

  • Requests based on size misunderstandings or preference

  • Consumable or add-on items (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Subscription products (non-refundable, cancel anytime)

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed product details and sizing information.


Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.
You may cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.


Initiating a Return

Do not send items back without approval - returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers must provide:

  2. A video showing the problem

  3. A brief description of what you expected

This process helps us verify eligibility and continuously improve our products.

Return shipping labels are not provided by the store.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Charges vary by country and are not controlled by us.


Cancellations & Modifications

Orders are processed quickly.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us within 1 hour.
We’ll do our best, but once an order has been processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.

If more than 30 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but later reported lost or stolen.
We will, however, help you investigate with the carrier.

Customers who purchased shipping insurance may be eligible for a replacement or refund pending investigation results.
